The Answers:

• How long after payment will my domain be available?

• Domains usually take 24 - 48 hours to permeate around the domain name servers (DNS) around the globe. Although it can happen much quicker.

• How long after payment will my web space (hosting) be available?

• Hosting is automatically set up and will be available within 2 hours of payment.

• What is the mail server address for my website?

• The mail server is simply mail.yourdomain.com. This is the same for the incoming and outgoing servers.

• Why can't I speak to someone about my account?

• In order to keep costs down we cannot provide telephone support. However, we do provide email support which can be accessed by your control panel here. We aim to answer all support mails within 24 hours and usually the same day.

• Are your prices including or excluding VAT?

• We are a small company and we do not currenty reach the threshold for VAT. This may change in the future. In the meantime, this means we can keep our prices even lower! See here for details from direct.gov.uk regarding the VAT threshold and what this means for you.
